Proposal #15 passed! 🟢 This proposal updates the slashing module parameters to reduce the penalty for validator downtime from 1% to 0%. This change removes the risk of delegators being penalized when a validator temporarily goes offline, helping promote delegation to smaller validators and improve decentralization. From now on, delegators will not be penalised if their chosen validators go offline.
