🚀 The DeFiChain Weekly Update is here! Here’s what’s been happening in the DeFiChain ecosystem this week. 1. Latest MetaChain Updates ► Beta 11 for Changi TestNet was launched last week, which had overall security enhancements and auxiliary fixes (including test suite fixes and DVM <> EVM accounting checks etc.) ► A Beta 12 will be released this week, upgrading transaction visibility for DVM <> EVM txs (so that they can be monitored on block explorers) which will lead to 100% feature completion. ► The core team strongly requests the community to test Beta 12 on release, as depending on stability, it will put MetaChain on the path towards a release candidate (RC). New Special DFIPs are live ► The first DFIP is focused on crypto rewards rebalancing, more details here: https://t.co/bg7mccuhh3 ► The second DFIP proposes a staking token promotion, more details here: https://t.co/sjwZY4Ji31 Reminder: Special DFIPs only have a 5 day voting period, so voting will conclude at Block 3268766(≈ Sep 09, 2023, 07:49:48 AM). Ensure you cast your votes before that. The proposal authors recently hosted a Space to go over the details of the special DFIPs. Update on XCHF DFIP ► The Swiss Franc (XCHF) DFIP was approved in the latest voting round. ► It proposed listing of XCHF on DeFiChain, along with DFI-XCHF and dUSD-XCHF pools on DEX. ► It will be activated this week. Birthday Research has also decided to support the proposal and list XCHF <> dXCHF as a token pair on Quantum Bridge. 4. DeFiChain <> @Galxe : New Quests are Live ►The wait is over!
